Eva graduated with her Doctorate in Nursing Practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Idaho State University.

Hazel Healthcare was founded by Eva, with a strong focus on comprehensive wellness served with compassion, and expertise in Primary Care, Weight Loss, and Women's Health.

Mom to Hazel (the furry boss around here!) and her two twin boys, in her off time she enjoys cave exploring, fishing, camping, and warm beaches!

She loves her jeep, and says its never clean because she's always in the mountains!

John Meirndorf

John started as a Post Surgical Nurse, and then went on to Home Health & Hospice, Primary Care, and Hormone Specialist.

He fits in at Hazel Healthcare with his deep passion for patient-centered care, and is committed to empowering his patients through education, preventative care, and personalized treatment plans.

When he's off the clock you can find him exploring the mountains, spending time with his dog, or attending some sort of concert or festival with his friends

Laura Carter

Laura has worked in healthcare for over 25 years, starting in Medical Records, and worked her way up as a Medical Code Billing Expert, Medical Assistant, and Manager.

She runs Hazel Healthcare as the Clinic Director, and keeps us all on track. She believes in blessings, and has two big ones - her kids who are 12 years apart.

When she's not in the office, you can find her baking, cooking, gardening and spending time with her family. Her favorite place is...the ocean, of course!

Yep, she is who the clinic is named after! If you come in, you will likely meet her.

Miss Hazel is our tiny adorable mascot, who doubles as a comfort animal should you like one during your visit. She has a fabulous custom wardrobe, Hazel's Closet, which you can shop for own fur baby too!

At Hazel Healthcare you'll notice a touch of Hawaii woven into the walls, artwork and atmosphere - that is no accident!

The beach has always been a place of peace, joy and healing for us, and we believe it carries that same restorative spirit into our clinic.

Just as the ocean calms the mind and renews the body, we hope our Hawaiian-inspired space helps patients feel at ease, cared for, and uplifted. It's our way of bringing the warmth, serenity, and healing energy of the islands all the way to Meridian, ID.

We also plan to open a practice in Hawaii someday too!
